Low-Calorie Starbucks Drinks

When you’re trying to lose weight, it can be hard to find food and drink options that fit within your calorie limits. Thankfully, many low-calorie Starbucks drinks make it easy to enjoy your favorite coffee beverages while keeping your calorie intake low and losing weight easily! Here are 10 Starbucks drinks that have less than 200 calories in them – just click on the title of the drink to see the nutrition information.

Do you Know ?What is R-Word

1. Lemon Loaf

This sweet treat comes in at only 65 calories, but it packs a flavorful punch. If you need more sweetness, ask for some of their delicious flavored syrups to make it even better. Plus, it’s not a bad idea to get your morning off to a healthy start by adding an apple or orange slice on top! The lemon loaf tastes great with one of these amazing syrups. You might be tempted to add some whipped cream on top because…well, why not? It’s only 15 calories and zero grams of fat! Add some almonds as well if you want something yummy and healthy.

2. Caramel Macchiato

A Venti Caramel Macchiato has 260 calories and 7 grams of fat. And don’t assume that ordering it light or skinny will help cut calories, either—that adds even more sugar to your drink. Remember: Calories add up quickly when you have a venti-sized beverage in front of you! Limit yourself to one per day and enjoy it only after you work out. Coffee drinks are not a substitute for exercise!

3. Iced Skinny Vanilla Latte

a tall Iced Skinny Vanilla Latte with skim milk and no sweetener has 140 calories. The iced skinny vanilla latte is also low in carbs and fat, so it’s a healthy option if you are trying to lose weight. While ordering a regular latte may seem like a more appealing choice than an iced drink, consider that both drinks have almost identical amounts of caffeine: 240 milligrams (mg) for a tall brewed coffee, 250 mg for a grande, and 260 mg for a venti. So even though you’re saving some calories by choosing an iced beverage over hot coffee, you’re still getting an extra jolt of caffeine—and most likely ingesting more sugar from added flavors like caramel syrup or vanilla.

4. Oat Cookie Crumble Frappuccino

This low-cal drink is sweet and creamy with a hint of spice. It has 250 calories, 8 grams of fat, 3 grams of fiber, and 12 grams of protein. This is a great option for those looking to watch their weight. The oat cookie crumble makes it feel like you’re eating a cookie instead of drinking your coffee. What makes this frappuccino so special is that you can choose any milk that suits your taste buds and personal preference (soy, 2 percent, whole). If you have dairy allergies or are just trying to be health-conscious, substituting soy milk in all frappuccinos will save you anywhere from 50-to 150 calories per drink depending on if it’s made with whole or nonfat milk.

5. Chocolatey Chip Frappuccino Blended Creme

This might be our favorite drink on the list. A Tall chocolatey chip Frappuccino with whipped cream is a great option at 130 calories. Plus, you’re getting 20 grams of protein from that whipped cream. If you don’t like coffee but want some Frapp action, try a Chocolate Coconut milk Mocha for 160 calories and 12 grams of protein. There’s also a Matcha Lemonade which is only 170 calories and 11 grams of protein for those looking to take their weight loss game to Japan.

6. Grande Soy Chai Tea Frappuccino

A reasonable and guilt-free indulgence, Starbucks’ Grande Soy Chai Tea Frappuccino (sweetened with sugar substitute) has just 220 calories. Just watch for whipped cream if you opt for a handcrafted version. If you order it to go and drink it at home, you could probably shave off another 30 or so calories if you leave out that cup’s worth of whipped cream topping (calories: 35). A grande (16-ounce) latte made with 2% milk contains 170 calories, but ordering skim milk instead cuts 60 of those calories out and leaves an acceptable 110-calorie beverage that can be easily balanced with a sensible lunch. Just make sure you don’t get carried away with adding extras like flavor shots—they add up fast!

7. Mocha Coconut Frappuccino Blended Beverage with Protein

This low-cal option from Starbucks has just 170 calories and a whopping 16 grams of protein. (Think of it as a meal replacement.) But be warned: It also packs 50 grams of sugar! To cut back, try ordering it with just water or unsweetened almond milk instead of dairy.

8. Turbo Chai Tea Latte with Soy Milk

Venti – 340 calories, 8g fat (4.5g saturated), 64g carbs, <1g fiber, 37g sugar, and 16g protein. 25mg caffeine. The venti size (24 oz.) is only an option during certain times of the year, so it’s not always available at every location. Regardless of that fact, it’s a great option if you need a Starbucks drink to help keep you warm in winter.
